The Voice of Survival
Kerry Lutz is a recovering attorney with more than 40 years of legal and entrepreneurial experience, and the host of the Financial Survival Network, one of the longest-running financial podcasts in the world.
Since launching the show in 2010, Kerry has conducted over 10,000 interviews with leading experts in finance, economics, law, and geopolitics. His work focuses on helping everyday people understand how systems really operate—and how to protect themselves when the rules are stacked against them.
A lifelong entrepreneur and legal strategist, Kerry has spent decades identifying patterns of abuse in financial, regulatory, and government systems. His latest investigation exposes what he calls the “Parking Industrial Complex”—a nationwide network of municipalities, technology vendors, and enforcement systems that generate billions of dollars a year through confusing rules, questionable signage, and predatory ticketing practices.
Kerry is currently a plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against six Florida municipalities—including the Town of Palm Beach, home of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago—as well as three major parking app companies, alleging unlawful parking enforcement practices and violations tied to improper traffic control signage and digital parking systems.
Through his book, investigations, and ongoing litigation, Kerry is working to expose how the system operates—and to give drivers the knowledge and tools they need before they pay their next parking ticket.
